The St-Jacques scallops for this Breton-style rillette are cooked with butter, shallots and parsley. Intense, juicy and simply delicious, a classic spread on fresh baguette or country bread. Add a glass of white wine and nothing stands in the way of welcoming guests and friends. A classic in France, rillettes are a traditional pie. Characteristic of this rillette from Groix and Nature, as with all products, is the high proportion of fish, the raw materials from local fisheries and the processing according to traditional recipes on site on the island of `Groix` in southern Brittany. A wide variety of canned fish, rillettes, soups and specialties have been made there for 21 years. It brings a piece of France home with you.
