Natural fillet pieces cut from Alaska pollock, practically boneless, coated with a flavorful dough, pre-baked, can be removed individually, deep-frozen. ALASKA POLLOCK FILLET 70%, pastry casing (water, WHEAT FLOUR, corn flour, modified corn starch, modified WHEAT STARCH, salt, dextrose, vegetable powder (onion and garlic), spices, LACTOSE, hydrolyzed vegetable WHEAT PROTEIN, FISH POWDER, glucose syrup, rapeseed oil, MILK POWDER, yeast) , rapeseed oil. Recommended preparation: Prepare from frozen, heat to a core temperature of 70°C and keep for at least 2 minutes. Combi-steamer: Preheat, cook at approx. 220°C (convection) for approx. 12 minutes. Fryer: At 180°C a. Fry for 4 minutes. Store at -18°C. Do not freeze again after defrosting. Consume only when fully cooked!
