A Portuguese from the oldest vine plots, which were planted at the end of the 1920s. The soil is characterized by sandy gravel terrace gravel. The plot of vines is 90 m above sea level, in a piece of about 6 hectares with the old name Mittelgewanne. The highly ripe Portuguese grapes were harvested by hand, traditional mash fermentation in a wooden fermentation vat followed by a standing time of 7 weeks, gentle pressing under low pressure, then storage in wooden barrels without external intervention (fining or similar).
