Lively, with a moderate alcohol content, it suits many occasions. Wonderful mineral notes combine with a subtle, fine Burgundy fruit: fresh pear, walnut, dried apple and a hint of sweet melon on the finish. A perfect game with a mild, but still fresh acidity and utmost elegance. The vineyards are in Laumersheimer, Dirmsteiner and Großkarlbacher sites. With the right gut feeling and unique craftsmanship, Philipp Kuhn succeeds in making 100% great dry wines in the Palatinate with the help of his philosophy of 50% white and 50% red.
