The fresh Pinot Gris from its vineyards in Ingelheim (Burgberg/Sonnenhang) brings finely fruity aromas in interaction with a pleasant spiciness. Delicately melting in taste. Jens Bettenheimer has been running the winery since 2005, which has been family-owned for more than 550 years. His wines are harvested exclusively by hand. Jens Bettenheimer`s motto: My vision is to bottle expressive wines with rough edges that are characteristic of the vintage, variety and our chalky terroir. The route is the goal.
