DE-ÖKO-006 The barren soil and the harsh climate on the Alb plateau give the Alb Kümmel its special aroma. Meadow caraway belongs to the diverse flower meadow in the meadow fruit and is now being cultivated again after years by Wilfried Holder on the Swabian Jura. It starts with greenish notes of dill, green peppers and fresh cucumber. The full, ethereal notes of caraway then unfold. Warmly surrounded by fine notes of honey and soft chamomile blossoms. Fine, fresh nuances reminiscent of mint and lemon give lightness and finesse.
