2022 Wiltinger Alte Reben Riesling, off-dry, 11.5% vol., St.Urbans-Hof

This slightly tart Riesling is fruity and mineral with aromas of ripe lime, apple and peach. The reddish slate and age of the vines give the wine a polished spiciness with an invigorating acidity. The subtle residual sweetness makes it a wonderful and versatile accompaniment to the table. The Wiltinger goes particularly well with Asian and oriental cuisine.
