The region around Alba is known for its white truffles. And so of course there has to be the Tartufi dolci in a white robe! The light truffle praline couldn`t be more opposite to our original Tartufi form, the extranero. The Tartufi bianchi are not only a contrast in color, they are also significantly milder in taste than the classic dark chocolate truffles. 14 times sweet and nutty enjoyment made from cocoa butter, natural vanilla flavor and of course Piedmontese hazelnuts IGP in a transparent gift bag. A nice alternative to our dark Tartufi dolci chocolates.
