Tartufi dolci bianchi - classic edition, white, White chocolate truffle with hazelnuts, loose, Viani

The region around Alba is known for its white truffles. And so of course there has to be the Tartufi dolci in a white robe! The light truffle praline couldn`t be more opposite to our original Tartufi form, the extranero. The Tartufi bianchi are not only a contrast in color, they are also much milder in taste than the classic dark chocolate truffles. The sweet, nutty indulgence made from cocoa butter, natural vanilla flavoring and, of course, Piedmont hazelnuts IGP is a nice alternative to our dark Tartufi dolci chocolates.
