This is the first Blanc de Noirs (100% Pinot Noir) from Gimonnet Gonet. The harmonious cuvee impresses with a fine mousse with noble aromas of brioche and red fruits. The dry and elegant style makes this champagne an ideal aperitif, but its full-bodied nature means it also goes perfectly with fish and seafood dishes.
