Cristal Rose is made using the saignee method, with cold maceration, from approximately 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay, with 20% oak-aged wines. It is aged in the cellar for an average of 6 years. Bright, extremely fine and dynamic perlage. Elegant bouquet with notes of tart red fruits just picked (wild strawberries, raspberries) and citrus-scented flower petals. The different aromas are delicately interwoven, pure and clear: notes of fresh almonds, bread and spices (cocoa beans) gradually develop, resulting in more than just a bouquet. Intense, smooth and captivating on the palate. A logical continuation of the bouquet. The juicy, concentrated red fruits are reminiscent of a liqueur made from raspberries and invigorating sweet citrus fruits over time. The harmonious impression and the finesse of the aromas are underlined by a creamy effervescence, which ensures a concentrated, round wine. 99 / 100 Robert Parker points
