2021 Enselberg Pinot Noir GG, dry, 12.5% vol., Franz Keller

This smoky, complex Pinot Noir comes from volcanic stone soils with a clear structure, delicate tannins and firm, fresh, red berry fruit as well as nuances of herbs. It can be left for a while without any problems, but it already tastes very harmonious and goes well with a steak or pasta with a fruity tomato sauce.
