2016 Pommard red wine dry, 13% vol., Bouchard

Pommard`s wines are considered muscular, earthy and wild, making them a nice complement to their direct neighbor Volnay, whose wines are elegant and delicate. Bouchard`s Pommard impresses with its herbal, earthy note with a fine cherry aroma and a beautiful tannin structure. All Bouchard wines mature for 12 months in barriques, 30% of which are first use.
