Very light straw yellow color, with subtle, delicate citrus and grapefruit notes, green apple and slight hints of hay and aniseed. The expansion took place exclusively in steel tanks. The Moreau family settled in Chablis in 1814 and, with Louis Moreau, is the seventh generation to grow wine. After studying oenology at the University of Fresno in California and various positions at several Californian wineries, Louis returned to Chablis in the early 1990s to succeed his father. Today the domaine has 50 hectares of vineyards with many well-known Premier Crus and Grand Crus.
