2011 La Cabane, dry, 14% vol., Comte de Thun

A pure Cabernet Franc that was aged in barriques for 35 months. In the glass, the wine presents itself with a ruby red color and garnet reflections. On the nose there are classic notes of sweet pepper, smoky hints, humus, as well as small dark berries, blueberries and currants. The picture is rounded off with balsamic notes, licorice and herbs. In the mouth the wine is round, warm and medium-bodied. A full-bodied but already accessible wine.
