The winery`s prestige wine is a blend of Roussanne, Chardonnay and Viognier. Golden yellow in color. Distinctive aromas of dried apricots and banana, underlined with notes of coconut and vanilla. Only the Chardonnay was aged in barriques for three months, which gives the wine a pleasant, light wood note. On the 400 hectare domain, 80 hectares are planted with vines. These extend over a series of hills facing south and overlooking the Golf de Lion. The clay-limestone, stony soil is favored by a typical Mediterranean climate, dry and windy. Although all common Languedoc grape varieties are part of the portfolio, the white wines are considered the winery`s real strength. Great value for money, also ideal for serving openly.
