This extra virgin olive oil condiment is macerated with chili peppers. It has a slightly herbal taste and a spicy note. Since it contains no chemical elements or additives, the taste and spiciness are pure. This oil is perfect for marinades and flavorful roundings in legume or vegetable stews. When added to soups, ramen, or noodle or rice dishes, it presents roasted chili flavors that are tastier than simply macerating fresh chilies in extra virgin olive oil.
