The lemon thyme oil from Heimstein is made from 100% natural flavors and is vegan. The basis for this oil is rapeseed oil and a small amount of sunflower oil, plus lemon thyme. The essential oils of lemon thyme give food and drinks both a fresh citrus note and a strong thyme note. Just a few drops of the excellent lemon thyme oil are enough for an intense taste.
