The Grenache Noir, Cinsault and Syrah grapes come from limestone and clay soils. Hand-picked, followed by traditional vinification. Brilliant, deep red color. Fruity aromas of dark berries, blueberries and plums. Round and soft tannins, powerful, round and warm finish. Aged in large wooden barrels. The perfect accompaniment to poultry, game and cheese. Very drinkable from 2 years after harvest.
