FoieGood Duck Rillettes is a delicious spreadable duck confit meat paste similar to a pate. The duck meat, made from the finest duck parts, is gently cooked in a bath of duck fat and extra virgin olive oil until it falls apart into tender strips of meat. FoieGood was founded with the aim of ensuring the highest animal welfare standards for our ducks and preserving fatty liver thanks to special feeding. We take great pride in creating more environmentally friendly products. Our ducks receive excellent care. We raise them outdoors, with free range and access to open water. They are allowed to grow slowly and we never use cages or force-feeding methods. Our animals eat a natural, plant-based diet and consist of at least 70% grain.
