Available in early October. The norm is six rods in the glass, but it can vary depending on the length. They come from Madagascar and are hand sorted. Vanilla is the universal flavor for desserts, ice cream and cocktails but can also flavor sauces. The flavor is throughout the entire stalk, not just the seed.
