Chardonnay 75%, Sauvignon Blanc 25% The cuvee from Piedmont combines the minerality of the soil and the golden color of the wine in its name. While the Chardonnay brings a particularly fine, elegant fruit aroma, the Sauvignon Blanc contributes freshness and liveliness. 10% of the Chardonnay matures in barriques, the majority in stainless steel barrels.
