100% Freisa Freisa is one of the oldest grape varieties in Piedmont and is related to nebbiolo. The wines have a clear, red color, smell intensely of raspberries and have a lot of freshness and structure. The wine ages in large wooden barrels and accompanies ravioli del plin or grilled eggplant.
