The Brut Late Release Vintage `La Montagne` 1999 by Louis Roederer is made exclusively from grapes from the `La Montagne` vineyard and exudes the identity and nuances of two emblematic terroirs of the Montagne de Reims, namely Verzy and Chouilly. Winemaking in wood (7%). Malolactic fermentation (22%). The dosage of this brut champagne is 9g / liter. On the verge of maturity, still fresh, these champagnes with an original disgorgement date illustrate the aging potential of champagne wines and their impressive gastronomic dimension. - Jean-Baptiste Lecaillon. The free spirit among champagnes! The very fresh impression with chalk and light anise tones is surprising at first.
