Champagne Bollinger Special Cuvee, brut, 12% vol.

Since 1829, Bollinger has been producing excellent champagnes in a uniquely powerful style that impresses with a lot of complexity and sophistication. Over 85 percent of the grapes in this Cuvee Special come from Grand Cru and Premier Cru locations. A golden color appears in the glass, characteristic of black grape varieties; very fine perlage. A lovely aromatic complexity; ripe fruits and spicy aromas with hints of roasted apples, apple compote and peaches. A subtle combination of structure, length and vibrancy with velvet pearling. Pear, brioche and spicy aromas combined with notes of fresh walnut impress on the palate.
