This goose stock is very easy and can be used immediately as an instant powder. It is ideal as a basis for all goose, poultry and white meat dishes. Goose and goose meat can be seasoned with the stock powder and then fried. To round off sauces, the goose stock can be stirred directly into the sauce. For all other basic sauces, simply sprinkle the stock into boiling water, bring to the boil, and you`re done! Dosage: 30g to 1 liter of water.
