Falafel mix. 80% ground fava beans, 8% ground chickpeas, 4.7% spices, 2.5% salt, raising agents: 1.4% sodium carbonate, 1% onions, 1% garlic. Preparation: Put the contents of a bag of falafel mix in a pot with approx. 125ml of warm water. After stirring, let it sit for an hour. Then use a T-spoon to form small patties. Fry the patties in preheated oil at high temperature. Note: One bag makes approx. 10 patties. Store in a dry place away from light and heat.
