Manuka honey UMF certified, 5+, MGM

UMF 5+ corresponds to a methylglyoxal content of at least 83mg / KG. Honey is obtained from the nectar of the South Sea myrtle (Leptospermum scoparium), also known as the tea tree. The natives of New Zealand, the Maoris, call the plant `Manuka`, which only grows in New Zealand and a few parts of Australia!
