Crispy marinated Japanese fried chicken, frozen product. Crispy fried chicken in soy sauce and ginger breading. 61% chicken (origin Thailand), water, SOY OIL, corn starch, WHEAT FLOUR, rice flour, 2.2% SOY SAUCE (water, SOYBEANS, WHEAT, salt, alcohol), 1.6% ginger, rice vinegar, flavor enhancer (E621), garlic, Sugar, spices (paprika powder, white pepper), emulsifier (E451), salt, acidity regulator (E500). Do not thaw before preparing. Fry in the deep fryer for about 4.5 minutes at 170°C to 180°C. In the pan: Pour some oil into a heated pan and add the frozen product. Fry on both sides for 8-10 minutes, turning constantly. Cook in the oven for about 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 220°C. Store frozen at a maximum of -18°C. Do not freeze again after defrosting. Made in Thailand.
