Ingredients
Red curry paste. Dried chili, garlic, lemongrass, galangal, shallot, salt, kaffir lime peel. Preparation: Bring 300ml concentrated coconut milk to the boil. Add 50g paste, then meat/vegetables. Season with salt and sugar. Add water if necessary. Store in a cool and dry place. Store refrigerated after opening.
