This traditional sesame paste is slowly made using a stone mill, resulting in a particularly fine, aromatic paste. The same mills that are used for matcha tea. This means that the sesame is not heated (below 30 degrees) and retains its special, strong aroma without becoming bitter. The final product is very creamy and stays soft in the bag and is extremely easy to work with! For hummus and other savory dishes, but also for desserts, for example simply enjoy as a sauce for vanilla ice cream.
