This white miso has no artificial flavors or preservatives and is made from the best purely Japanese basic ingredients. It is so versatile and simply ideal for miso soups and for marinating fish or meat with a very beautiful and aromatic miso bouquet. A taste that reflects over 200 years of tradition and know-how. The soybeans used in this process are peeled to obtain a lighter color. The small Yagisawa brewery, which has existed since 1807, was completely destroyed by the tsunami and slowly managed to come back to life step by step in order to pass on its tradition and its fantastic miso products to the next generation.
