DE-OKO-003 Stored in barriques for 20 months. A very fine, harmonious and promising Pinot Noir from 2018. Dense and complex structure with a lot of character. The smell is of sour cherry, black pepper and herbs. A Pinot Noir with an incredible spiciness, where the wood is in the background. Unfiltered, juicy, elegant and long on the finish.
