2020 Ganz Horn Riesling GG, dry, 12.5% vol., vine wood, ORGANIC

DE-OKO-003 The location `GANZ HORN` IM SONNENSCHEIN always proves to be the most purist of our locations. Salty mineral notes remind one of the pebbles of the gravel soil on the slope, followed by a spice reminiscent of ginger and ripe citrus fruits. After a short time, the wine unfolds and the yeast notes typical of a young Riesling underline the whole thing. The wine is also characterized by a fine salty-mineral acidity, its never-ending length and the very multi-layered, complex, elegant finesse demand another sip. The wine has - like all Rebholz wines - great storage potential.
