Rice mixture for truffle risotto. 98.6% Italian Carnaroli rice, 0.1% dried black truffle (Tuber aestivum), dried porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis and corresponding mushroom group), salt-aromatic-herb mixture, flavoring, garlic, onion. Preparation: Heat a little extra virgin olive oil in a pan, toast the rice while stirring. Add salt and bring to the boil with hot soup. Stir in a drop of Italian extra virgin olive oil with truffle Casa Rinaldi. Preferably serve with Nebbiolo red wine. Store in a cool, dry place.
