Ingredients
Rice mixture for porcini mushroom risotto. 96.5% Italian Carnaroli rice, 2.5% dried porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis and corresponding mushroom group), parsley, garlic. Preparation: Heat a little extra virgin olive oil in a pan, toast the rice and stir. Add salt and bring to the boil with hot soup. Stir in a drop of Italian extra virgin olive oil 100% Casa Rinaldi. Preferably serve with Lagenrein Rose wine. Store in a cool, dry place.
