Limestone marl and cool temperatures are present in this location, which are perfect conditions for Chardonnay. The wine is matured in a classic Burgundian style. 60% in used and 40% in new barriques. Very long contact with the yeast. Saltiness, stimulating acidity and an elegant reduction are evident here.
