After 15 months in barriques, this Baden Pinot Noir is raspberry red. Complex aromas of spicy red cherry fruit with a hint of beetroot and incense. On the palate it is sweet, soft and silky, with a medium body and subtle to medium tannins, pleasant acidity. Goes perfectly with braised duck or lamb.
