DE-OKO-022 Grauburgunder is a white wine grape variety. Although the skin of the berries is reddish to red in color, it is classified as a white variety. The estate vineyards extend like a belt to the east around the valleys of the small Kalmit. The grapes grow on loess-clay soils with a moderate lime content. Aroma of honey and quince, ripe juicy fruit, moderate acidity, creamy, spicy finish.
