2023 Sauvignon Blanc, dry, 12% vol., Karl May, organic

DE-OKO-039 The Sauvignon Blanc from the Karl May brothers shines with gold to platinum reflections in the glass. The nose shows aromas of elderflower and cassis - finely worked out. Aromas of gooseberry underline its color, as well as mango and papaya. There is also a hint of lychee, lemongrass, rhubarb and artichoke. On the palate it is intense, finely spicy, minerally underpinned with a crisp and refreshing sweet-sour structure and a mineral finish.
