Ready-made mix for preparing vegan mince. Ingredients: 58% textured pea protein (pea protein, pea flour), partially deoiled sunflower seeds, thickener: methylcellulose, rapeseed oil, rice flour, onion, flavors, table salt, beetroot, caramel powder (caramel sugar syrup, maltodextrin), spices. Preparation: Thoroughly mix 125g of the ready-made mix with 250ml of very cold water and leave to rest for approx. 3 minutes. Fry the mixture in a coated pan without oil over low to medium heat until it is browned to the desired degree, chopping it up as you go. Frying takes longer than with conventional meat. Then use it in your favorite recipe. Store in a dry place, protected from light and not above room temperature.
