Ready-made mix for preparing vegan schnitzels. 49% textured pea protein (pea protein, pea flour), thickener: methylcellulose, 11% pea flour, 9.1% pea protein, psyllium husks, rapeseed oil, table salt, flavorings, spice extract. Preparation: Thoroughly mix 125 g of schnitzel ready-made mix with 250 ml of very cold water. Leave the mixture to rest for about 3 minutes. Form flat schnitzels from the mixture with moistened hands and bread them as needed. Heat cooking oil in a coated pan and fry the schnitzels on each side at low to medium heat for about 3-4 minutes. Store in a dry place, protected from light and not above room temperature.
