FR-BIO-10 Light straw yellow with greenish reflections. Aromas of yellow fruits such as peach, apricot and quince. A beautiful minerality develops in the finish. On the 400 hectare domaine, 80 hectares are planted with vines. These extend over a series of hills that face south and overlook the Gulf of Lion. The clayey, stony soil is favored by a typical Mediterranean climate - dry and windy. Although all the common grape varieties of the Languedoc are part of the portfolio, the white wines are considered the winery`s real strength.
