Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP Invecchiato is prepared after aging for at least 3 years the best aged cooked must of late grapes dried on wooden racks. It is then aged in barriques. A harmonious and elegant elixir, 100% natural, without caramel, coloring or additives. Ideal with Parmiggiano Reggiano and pears, fresh strawberries, risotto and scallops, foie gras, pancakes with zucchini flowers, meat carpaccio and fish tartare, sushi and sashimi.
