During fermentation, the flavor develops from a sharp garlic taste to a sweet and mild aroma. Fermentation makes the garlic more tolerable. Black garlic has only recently found its way into European gastronomy, where it is used as a flavor booster in many dishes. Our black garlic paste is 1:1 comparable to the traditionally produced product, making it easy for you to implement the current trend individually.

Ingredients
Black garlic seasoning paste. Water, black garlic paste (water, black garlic 12%, salt, spirit vinegar), flavourings, sugar, salt, citrus fibres, garlic powder, acidifier (ascorbic acid). Suitable for cold and warm applications. Use 10-40g for 1 litre/kg. Store in a dry place and protect from heat. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and use within 6 weeks.
