ES-ECO-O19-CT This Chardonnay from Penedes is fermented in French oak barrels and then aged on the yeast for over four months, during which it develops a harmonious fullness and creaminess without being thick! The oak only influences the structure of this wine and not the aromas - here a ripe lemon note shines with white flowers and hints of quince and almonds. Enjoy this wine, also decanted, in wide glasses with oily fish, poultry and smoked dishes!
