ES-ECO-019-CT Very intense and concentrated aromas of quince, dried apricots and honey. With a little air, aromas of vanilla, caramel and roasted almonds also emerge. On the palate, the wine has the same aromas, but is accompanied throughout by a fine and refreshing acidity. Matured for 4 months in French oak barriques.
