2016 Stairway to Heaven red wine cuvee, dry, 13.5% vol., Castell Miquel

A powerful cuvee of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, with an intense purple color and an expressive aroma in which the aromas of tobacco, cedar wood and finely tanned leather combine with the fruit of mulberries and elderberries. On the palate it is well structured with ripe tannins and a pleasant finish. The cuvee harmonizes very well with briefly fried meat dishes, and it is also an excellent accompaniment to Spanish ham specialties and mild cheeses. VEGAN.
