2022 Chardonnay, dry, % vol., Schneider

The grapes for this Chardonnay come mainly from high, cool limestone vineyards south of Ellerstadt in the Palatinate. These are ideal conditions for late ripening. In combination with grapes harvested at high ripeness from lower vineyards, a wonderfully balanced, elegant Chardonnay is created. On the nose there are lots of yellow, but also exotic fruits. On the palate there are lychee and apple aromas and subtle banana notes. A successful Chardonnay with pleasant acidity and a long finish.
