2021 Cuvee 6670 Rose, Brut Sparkling Wine, 12% vol., Andres

The Cuvee 6670 is based on the birth years of the 2nd generation of the winery. 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay are combined here. The grapes for the later sparkling wine are harvested by hand, as in Champagne, and put directly on the press. The at least 18-month yeast storage gives the sparkling wine the desired creaminess in addition to its sparkling acidity.
